THAT Submission A5/2015 respecting 15 Richelieu Street be refused to increase the Lot Coverage for Accessory Buildings from 55 square metres to 65 square metres, to increase the overall Lot Coverage for buildings on a property from 25% to 40% and to increase the maximum width of the two driveways from 6.8 metres to 16 metres.

THAT Submission A8/2016 respecting 35 Morgan Court be approved to increase the permitted gross floor area of an Accessory Building required by Subsection 3.22.5 of Zoning By-law 2000-02, as amended, from 55 square metres to 90 square metres and to increase the permitted Height of an Accessory Building required by Subsection 3.22.6 of Zoning By-law 2000-02, as amended, from the maximum 4.5 metres to 4.8 metres subject to the following conditions: That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year.

THAT Submission A9/2016 respecting 22 and 24 Grew Crescent be approved to decrease the Rear Yard Setback from 7.5 metres to 5.8 metres subject to the following conditions: That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year.

THAT S ubmission B 4/2016 respecting lands at 27 P ayette D rive in the T own of P enetanguishene be approved, subject to the following conditions: That a reference plan of survey be prepared by an Ontario Land Surveyor confirming the dimensions of the parcels intended to be severed and showing them as separate parts on the plan; That two (2) full-size prints of the deposited reference plan be provided to the Committee Secretary; That a Draft Electronic Transfer be submitted to the Town prior to issuance of the Certificate of Official for the lands to be severed.
