THAT the Committee of Adjustment adopt the minutes from the meeting dated November 28, 2016 as distributed.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene approves Minor Variance application A1/2017, respecting 43 Nettleton Drive to increase the maximum permitted Lot Coverage required by Subsection 5.2.4.3 of Zoning By-law 2000-02, as amended, from the existing legal non-comply coverage of 40% to 44% subject to the following conditions: 1. That the Building Permit application include to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official the following: a. Snow guards, eves’ troughs and downspouts are shown on the drawings; b. Demonstrate that the drainage from the roof will not adversely affect the neighbouring properties, which may require the installation of a dry well or swales. 2. That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year.
