Lipton Town of Penetanguishene - Committee of Adjustment THAT the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene approves Application B1/2018 for Provisional Consent to Sever from 187 Robert Street East a parcel of land having the following general dimensions: • Lot 1 (183 Robert Street East) - Frontage of approximately 42 metres onto Robert Street East, a depth of 64 metres, for a Lot Area of 2,600 square metres. • Lot 2 (185 and 187 Robert Street East) - Frontage of 64 metres onto Fuller Avenue, a depth of 102 metres, for a Lot Area of 6,500 square metres. 1. That a reference plan of survey be prepared by an Ontario Land Surveyor confirming the dimensions of the parcels intended to be severed and showing them as separate parts on the plan; 2. That two (2) full-size prints of the deposited reference plan be provided to the Committee Secretary; 3. That a Draft Electronic Transfer be submitted to the Town prior to issuance of the Certificate of Official for the lands to be severed;

Committee Member K. Elsdon-Befort THAT the Committee of Adjustment adopt the minutes from the meeting dated November 27, 2017 as distributed.

Committee Member L. Lipton THAT the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene approves Application A2/2018 respecting 19 Laurier Road to decrease the minimum side yard setback on one side from 6.0 metres to 0.48 metres. The effect of the variance would permit the renovations of an existing non-complying building with a reduced setback subject to the following conditions: 1. That a Building Permit be obtained within three (3) years.
