THAT a Minor Variance be approved for application A4/2018 respecting 505 Murray Road to reduce the minimum side yard setback required by subsection 8.1.2.1 (c) of Zoning By-Law 2000-02, as amended from 3.0 metres to 1.2 meters with a variance of 1.8 metres to reconstruct a single detached dwelling closer to the interior yards, subject to the following condition: 1. That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year.

THAT a Minor Variance be approved for application A5/2018 respecting 25 Robert Street East to reduce the minimum rear yard setback required by subsection 5.5.2.4 (d) of Zoning By-Law 2000-02, from 9.0 metres to 5.5 metres with a variance of 3.5 metres to allow for an addition of a garage with storage connecting to the main house subject to the following conditions: 1. That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year.
