Cascagnette THAT a Minor Variance be approved for the application A.15/2019, respecting 19 Burke Street, to decrease the Minimum Rear Yard setback from the existing legal non-complying setback of 3.2 metres to the proposed 3.0 metres and to increase the Maximum Lot Coverage from the existing legal non-complying Lot Coverage Town of Penetanguishene - Committee of Adjustment of 50% to the proposed Lot Coverage of 56%, subject to the following conditions. 1. That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year.
