THAT the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene approve Minor Variance application A4/2022 concerning 292 Fox Street to decrease the minimum setback to the street line for a private garage on a corner lot from 6.0 metres to 4.1 metres and to decrease the minimum front yard setback in the R1S zone from 5.6 metres to 4.1 metres, subject to the following conditions: That a building permit be obtained within one (1) year of the date of the decision. That the approval is fixed to the general size and extent of the development as shown on the Site Plan Drawing attached to Staff Report PL-2022-33 dated June 27, 2022.
