Committee of Adjustment

THAT the Agenda of the Committee of Adjustment dated August 22, 2022 be approved as presented.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment adopt the minutes from the meeting dated July 25 2022 as distributed.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene approve Minor Variance application A6/2022 concerning 63 Broad Street to permit a lot coverage of 30% subject to the following conditions: 1. That a building permit be obtained for the enclosure of the rear deck and the existing lower deck as denoted on the Site Plan Drawing attached to Staff Report PL-2022-39 dated August 22, 2022 within one (1) year of the date of the decision. 2. That the approval is fixed to the general size and extent of the development as shown on the Site Plan Drawing attached to Staff Report PL-2022-39 dated August, 22, 2022. 3. That the Property Owner be reimbursed for the minor variance application fee in the amount of $750.00.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene approve Minor Variance application A7/2022 concerning 2 Dube Drive to permit a lot coverage of 41% subject to the following conditions: 1. That a building permit be obtained for the enlargement of the deck within one (1) year of the date of the decision. 2. That the approval is fixed to the general size and extent of the development as shown on the Site Plan Drawing attached to Staff Report PL-2022-38 dated August 22, 2022 and that the deck shall not extend past the west wall of the dwelling unit. 3. That the Property Owner be reimbursed for the minor variance application fee in the amount of $750.00.
