THAT the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene approves Application B1/2023 for consent to register a right-of-way legally described as Part 1, Plan 51R-32339 over the property municipally know a 5 Robert Street West for the benefit of 7 Robert Street West. The following conditions are recommended: That a Draft Electronic Transfer be submitted to the Town prior to issuance of the Certificate of Official; and That the Owner enter into an Encroachment Agreement for the property municipally known as 5 Robert Street West to permit an encroachment of approximately 0.8 metres for the existing building onto the road allowance of Robert Street West.
