Committee of Adjustment

THAT the Committee of Adjustment adopt the minutes from the meeting dated May 29, 2023 as distributed.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene approve Minor Variance application A7/2023 concerning 23 Don Street with respect to variance “A” referenced in Staff Report PL-2023-39 to permit a maximum cumulative lot coverage for accessory buildings of 142 square metres, subject to the following conditions: • That the Seacan denoted on the Existing Site Plan (Attachment #3 to PL-2023-39) be removed within one (1) year; and • That building permits be obtained within one (1) year for the accessory buildings and structures denoted on the Existing Site Plan (Attachment #3 to PL-2023-39), as determined by the Chief Building Official. AND THAT the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene refuse Minor Variance application A7/2023 concerning 23 Don Street with respect to variance “B” referenced in Staff Report PL-2023-39 to permit a minimum setback of 0.2 to the interior side lot line for accessory buildings and variance “C” to permit a minimum setback of 0.1 metres to the interior side lot line for platforms.
