Committee of Adjustment

THAT the Committee of Adjustment adopt the agenda dated September 30, 2024 as amended to include a report on the recent OACA Conference under Communications and Correspondence.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment adopt the minutes from the meeting dated August 26, 2024 as distributed.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene approves Minor Variance application A6/2024 concerning 14 Beechcroft Road to permit a maximum cumulative lot coverage for all accessory buildings and structures of 143 square metres, subject to the following conditions: 1. That a building permit be obtained within one (1) year; and 2. That the Proposed Detached Garage be confined to the general location and dimensions as noted on the Site Plan (Attachment #3 to PL-2024-46).

THAT the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene approves Minor Variance application A8/2024 concerning 351 Champlain Road to permit the following two (2) variances: A maximum cumulative lot coverage for all accessory buildings and structures of 115 square metres. An accessory building in the front yard. AND THAT Minor Variance A8/2024 be subject to the following conditions: That a maximum of one (1) accessory building be permitted in the front yard; That the area of any accessory building or structure in the front yard be confined to the general location, dimensions, and lot line setbacks as denoted on the Site Plan (Attachment #2 to PL-2024-52); and That a building permit be obtained within one (1) year.
