THAT the Committee of the Whole agenda for January 24, 2018, be approved as presented.

THAT an Amendment to Site Plan approval be granted for the property at 139 Champlain Road (File No. SPA-18-01) subject to final approval of the engineering design.

THAT an exemption from the Town’s Site Plan Control By-law 2014-30 be approved for an addition of 33 square metres for the property at 45 Robillard Drive.

THAT the Planning and Community Development Services Section endorse the following additional and existing referrals to upcoming agendas and staff: Future Agenda Items: Item Key Deliverables Council Member Expected Date Development Charges - CIP, targeted incentives and opportunities Development of CIP which examines financial incentives Council Q1 - 2018 Secondary Suite Report Report on existing permissions and options for changes to Secondary Suites. THAT Council authorize an appointment of an “Alternate Member” to Simcoe County Council for the term of the Council that appointed them, or until their appointment by-law is rescinded, or November 30 in the year of a Regular Election, or until such time as the Alternate Member’s seat is declared vacant in accordance with section 259 of the Act. AND THAT the Council member appointed to this position is Councillor D. Leroux

THAT Council approve the attached procurement policy; AND THAT staff be directed to bring forward the necessary By-law for Council approval.

THAT the Compensation Review includes a review of the remuneration for elected officials; AND THAT staff report to Council before May 1, 2018 on the trends of other municipalities and their response to the removal of the Municipal Elected official’s expense 1/3 tax allowance.
