THAT the Committee of the Whole agenda for April 10, 2019 be approved as presented.

THAT Council enter into a maintenance agreement with Eramosa Engineering Inc. for the provision of SCADA and Instrumentation and Control Engineering services for the Water and Wastewater Divisions of the Public Works Department for a term of three (3) years. AND THAT the service rates outlined in their maintenance renewal letters dated March 11, 2019 be approved for the 2019, 2020 and 2021 calendar year. AND THAT a by-law for the maintenance agreement be brought forward by staff for council approval.

THAT the Transportation and Environmental Services Section endorse the following additional and existing referrals to upcoming agendas and staff: Future Agenda Items: Item Key Deliverables Council Member Expected Date Thompsons Road West Extension Options Council Q4 - 2019

THAT the 2018 Reserves and Reserve Funds Continuity Schedule be approved as presented; AND THAT the Museum Discretionary Reserve Fund be closed and the account balance be transferred to the Museum Capital Reserve for future capital projects.
