THAT FIN-2020-18 The Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative Report be received for information; AND THAT a 2021 membership in the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative 2021 be approved; AND FINALLY THAT the cost of $2,200 for a 2021 membership be included in the 2021 operating budget.

THAT the report FIN-2020-18 2021 Budget Goals, Objectives and Guidelines Report be approved. AND THAT Staff be directed to prepare the 2021 Draft Budget in accordance with the Town’s Budget Procedure Policy, 2021 Budget Timeline and the contents of this report.

THAT Council accepts the gift of the “Penetanguishene Song” written by Charles Duquette about the Town of Penetanguishene as the Town’s Official Song.
