THAT the Council Information Packages of September 18, 2020 and October 14, 2020 having been given due consideration be received for information.

THAT Council approves the renewal of the agreement with La Cle d’la Baie en Huronie for the radio antenna and equipment on the Centennial Water Tower at 22 Centennial Drive for a period of five years. AND THAT staff be directed to bring forward the necessary by-law for this agreement. AND THAT the agreement includes a revised license fee of $2,300 plus applicable taxes per annum payable to the Town of Penetanguishene.

THAT the proposed 5 Year Preventative Road Maintenance Plan be approved in principle. AND THAT the proposed funding increases to the plan be brought forward for Council approval during the 2021 budget process.

THAT the Transportation and Environmental Services Section endorse the following additional and existing referrals to upcoming agendas and staff: Future Agenda Items: Item Key Deliverables Council Member Expected Date Church Street Parking Review concerns of resident and provide options for consideration Councillor D. THAT the 100% fee waiver request for the use of the Lounge by the Community Emergency Response Team be approved as requested for the purposes of conducting training meetings.

THAT the request for financial assistance provided by the Penetang Junior ‘C’ Kings be received for information; AND THAT the Town support option C as outlined in the staff report.

THAT Lorraine Jordan of Team Jordan be retained by the Town of Penetanguishene to provide real estate services in accordance with Staff Report PL-2020-44.

THAT a By-law be passed to lift Part Lot Control for Lot 1 on Registered Plan of Subdivision 51M-890 to expire three (3) years upon passage.

THAT the report FIN-2020-21 be received; AND THAT the recommendation outlined under OPTION #6 be approved.

THAT report FIN-2020-22 be received; AND THAT the Amendment to the Town of Penetanguishene Youth Endowment Fund Agreement with the Huronia Communities Foundation be approved; AND FINALLY THAT the Clerk be directed to bring forward an amendment to By-Law 2011-08 for Council approval.
