THAT the updated version of the Alcohol Risk Management Policy as provided in attachment 3 to this report be approved as the Town’s Municipal Alcohol Policy.

THAT the Recreation and Community Services Section endorse the following additional and existing referrals to upcoming agendas and staff: Future Agenda Items: Item Key Deliverables Council Member Expected Date Outsourcing Day Camp Follow-up report re: Day Camp with the Boys and Girls Club of North Simcoe Council Q3- 2021

THAT redline revisions to the Draft Plan of Subdivision (dated February 3, 2020 by Rodney Reynolds) application File No. PEN-SUB-2019-01 respecting 176 and 200 Fox Street be approved in keeping with Staff Report PD-2021-16. AND THAT the Draft Plan Conditions for Plan of Subdivision application File No. PEN-SUB-2019-01 respecting 176 and 200 Fox Street be approved in keeping with Staff Report PD-2021-16. AND FINALLY THAT the redline revisions and Draft Plan Conditions be deemed minor under Section 51(47) of the Planning Act therefore no Notice be given of the changes.

THAT Council approve the revised Municipal Law Enforcement Policy and Procedure Manual being Policy# PD-001-2021 in accordance with Staff Report BL-2021-03.

THAT Council approves the purchase of the MSA G-1 SCBA from A.J. Stone Company Ltd. for $228,923.00 (plus HST) and $14,953.00 (plus HST) for the Water Department.
