THAT the Council Information Package having been given due consideration be received for information.

THAT Council approve the disposal of all surplus items as outlined within the staff report.

THAT Council direct staff to bring forward the implementation of a shared separate accessible transit system for consideration during the 2022 budget process.

THAT the proposed Building Permit fee changes be approved in principle as described in Staff Report PD-2021-22. AND THAT Notice be given of a Public Meeting regarding the Intention to Amend the Building Permit fees in accordance with the Building Code Act.

THAT FIN-2021-16 2022 OPP Contract and Billing Model Report be received for information; AND THAT the change to the standard OPP Billing Model is approved; AND FINALLY THAT Staff be directed to advise the OPP in writing of Council’s decision.

THAT the report FIN-2021 -17 2022 Budget Goals, Objectives and Guidelines Report be approved. AND THAT Staff be directed to prepare the 2022 Draft Budget in accordance with the Town’s Budget Procedure Policy, 2022 Budget Timeline and the 2022 Goals, Objectives and Guidelines within this report.
