THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of April 6, 2016, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Committee of the Whole Report 2016-02 (see agenda No. 7 below) - Dated March 23, 2016

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-02 with the exception of item 10 b. 1 being that of the Summer Market related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

x and Seconded by Councillor D. Levy Item 10 b. 1) - Recreation and Community Services Section Committee of the Whole - March 23, 2016 Councillor D. Leroux moved for an amendment to the motion for the s ummer market to have the Summer Market located at the Town Dock for 2016. THAT town staff work to create a successful Summer Market inclusive of vendors who are growers, producers, artisans and crafters; AND THAT the summer market name be developed in English and French , operating on Saturday mornings from May – Thanksgiving Weekend, 9am – 1pm at the Town Dock; AND THAT the town work with local groups including the Karma Market and the Southern Georgian Bay Farmer’s Market to promote and include their members; AND FINALLY THAT the seasonal rental fe e for a vendor be set at $100 (+ $35 for hydro if required) and the daily vendor fee be set at $25.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-02 related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-02 related to the Planni ng and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-02 related to the Finance and Corporate Services S ection be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws 2016-15, 2016-16, 2016-17 and 2016-18; AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT By-law 2016-19, being a By-law to Confirm Proceedings of the Council of The Corporation of The Town of Penetanguishene at the Council meeting held on April 6, 2016 be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and
