THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of July 13, 2016, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Council Minutes - Dated June 22, 2016 Committee of the Whole Report 2016-12 (see agenda No. 9 below) - Dated June 22, 2016

THAT an Amendment to Site Plan approval be granted for the property at 187 Robert Street East.

THAT staff be directed to submit the Proposal to the County of Simcoe.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-12, of June 22, 2016, related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the Committee of the Whole recommends to Council acceptance of the proposal dated May 20, 2016 to retain the services Severn Sound Environmental Association, for a maximum upset limit of $24,747.00 (includes HST) to update the Natural Heritage Study.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-12, of June 22, 2016, related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved with the exception of item 9 a. ii) being that of the Main Street and Thompsons Road Intersection design.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-12, of June 22, 2016, related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT as per Section 10.6 of Procedural By-law 2016-08, a portion of the decision of Council at the meeting of October 28, 2015, being "THAT the Main St reet Reconstruction project have Full Project Completion in 2017" be reconsidered at the meeting of Council on July 13, 2016.

THAT by-laws 2016-36 and 2016-37 be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.

THAT confirmation by-law 2016-38, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
