THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of September 14, 2016, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Council Minutes - Dated August 31, 2016 Committee of the Whole Report 2016-15 (See agenda item no. 8) - Dated August 31, 2016

THAT Council approve the submission of a formal application to the TD Friends of the Environment program for the Martin Valley Park and Trail Development project.

THAT an application be submitted to the Places to Grow Implementation Fund (PTGIF) to prepare a Bluef ield’s Strategy and Community Improvement Plan for the Penetanguishene Site of the Georgian Bay General Hospital and the Penetanguishene Secondary School property for a maximum project budget of $50,000. AND THAT the Town’s application includes a 0% fina ncial contribution

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-15 of August 31, 2016, related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-15, of August 31, 2016, related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 20 16-15, of August 31, 2016, related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved w ith the exception of items 9 b ii) and 9 b iii)

THAT by-laws 2016-43, 2016-44, 2016-45, 2016-46 and 2016-47 be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.

THAT confirmation by-law 2016-48, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
