Council

THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of September 28, 2016, be approved as presented. Councillor D. Rawson suggested that items 5 a) b) and c) be moved to later in the agenda to allow for those in attendance to appear before Council.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Council Minutes - Dated September 14, 2016 Committee of the Whole Report 2016- (see agenda No. 8 below) - Dated September 14, 2016

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-15, of September 14, 2016, related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-15, September 14, 2016, related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved with the exception of item 6b i ) Lift Part Lot Control for Lot 1 and Block 3.

THAT a By-law be passed to lift Part Lot Control for Lot 1 and Block 3 on Registered Plan of Subdivision 51M-890 to expire three (3) years upon passage.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-15, September 14, 2016, related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT Council approve the appointment of Beth Dubeau to the Seniors Committee effective September 28, 2016 for the balance of the Council term.

THAT Council approve the appointment of Janice Marshall to the Access ibility Advisory Committee effective September 28, 2016 for the balance of the Council term.
