THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of October 12, 2016, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Special Council Minutes Dated - September 28, 2016 Council Minutes Dated -September 28, 2016 Committee of the Whole Report Dated - September 28, 2016

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-15, of September 28, 2016, related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-15, September 28, 2016, related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-15, September 28, 2016, related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved with the exception of item 5 b. iii) being that of the Main Street Reconstruction Project.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report 2016-15, of September 28, 2016, related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved with the exception of item 7 b. ii) being that of the Surplus Analysis Report.

THAT the Public Transit Infrastructure Fund application for the installation of a new sidewalk from Lecarron Street to Dufferin Street on the North side of Robert Street East and the extension of the sidewalk on Dufferin Street to Brule Street be approved. AND THAT staff proceed with the application process.

THAT by-law 2016-51 be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT this report be received by Council for information purposes; AND THAT Council endorses the collective bargaining strategies included within the report.

THAT confirming by-law 2016-52 be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
