THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of November 23, 201 6, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Committee of the Whole (see item 8) - Dated November 9, 2016. Council - Dated November 9, 2016. Spe cial Committee of the Whole - Budget Draft #3 (see item 9) - Dated November 16, 2016.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report of November 9, 2016 related to the Recreation and Communit y Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report of November 9, 2016, related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report of November 9, 2016, related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report of November 9, 2016, related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report, Dated November 16, 2016, related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT Council approve the following appointment of Kathy Eldson Befort to the Committee of Adjustment effective November 23, 2016 for the balance of the Council term.

THAT Council approve the following appointment of Councillor Doug Rawson to t he Youth Council effective November 23, 2016, for the balance of the Council term.

THAT Council receives this report for information purposes; AND THAT Council provides staff direction with respect to various clauses in the lease agreement between the Town of Penetanguishene and the Penetanguishene Curling Club. AND FINALLY THAT Council directs staff to proceed with a Curling Club Agreement Ad-hoc Committee including the Chair and Vice Chair of the Recreation and Community Services Section, the Director of Recreation and Community Services and the Chief Administrative Officer as well as two members of the Penetanguishene Curling Club Board.

THAT Council receives this report for information; AND THAT Council endorses the proposed process and timeline for the Chief Administrative Officer’s six month performance evaluation as outlined in this report.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2016-62, 2016-63, 2016-64 and 2016-65. AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and
