THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of February 22, 2017, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Special Council - February 8, 2017 Council - February 8, 2017 Committee of the Whole - February 8, 2017 (see item 8)

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT Council approve the following appointments to the Penetanguishene Design Team effective February 22, 2017, for the balance of the Council term: Nahthanha Woods Jessica Klug Janice Marshall Jenny Leroux Andrea Ahrens Camille Girard-Ruel Veronique Puderecki Wendy Donnelly Anna McFadyen

THAT Council approves the issuance of an addendum to the Main Street Reconstruction tender that provides the option to completion of the section between Edward and the STP entrance in 2017 and the remaining sections between Wolfe and the STP entrance and between Edward and Thompson would be completed in 2018.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-law: 2017-08 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws: 2017-08, 2017-09, 2017-10, 2017-11. AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and
