THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of March 22, 2017, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council and Committee meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Council Meeting March 8, 2017 Committee of the Whole Meeting March 8, 2017 (See item 8)

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved. _________________

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section with the exception of item 4 a. ii) being that of the Severn Sound Environmental Association Invasive Species Program Funding Request be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the Conditions of Draft Plan of Subdivision for Bellisle (Penetang) Developments Limited (File No. PEN SUB 2004-01) be changed to remove Condition #22; AND THAT the change in Conditions of Draft Plan of Subdivision for Bellisle (Penetang) Developments Limited (File No. PEN SUB 2004-01) constitutes a minor change pursuant to Section 51(47) of the Planning Act;

THAT Council proceed with Option 5 as outlined within the staff report to retender the Main Street Reconstruction project for construction beginning in 2018 with a one and two year option with the Tender being released in May 2017 and closing in August 2017.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws 2017-17, 2017-18 ; AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2017-19, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
