THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of November 22, 2017, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Council - November 8, 2017 Committee of the Whole - November 8, 2017

THAT this report be received for discussion; AND THAT staff be directed to prepare a report for the next Committee of the Whole meeting to address any comments received at the Public Meeting.

THAT the purchase of a new snow plow in the amount of $7,500 + HST be approved; AND THAT the purchase be funded from the savings achieved in the Facility Assessment Study in the 2017 capital budget.

THAT an application to the Rural Economic Development Program be submitted to fund the creation of a Task Force for $60,000.

THAT participation in the annual SSEA Tree Seedling Distribution Program for 2018 is approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section from November 1, 2017 and November 15, 2017 be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2017-75 2017-76 2017-77 2017-78 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2017-80, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
