THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of December 13, 2017, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Council - November 22, 2017 Committee of the Whole - November 22, 2017 Special Council - November 22, 2017 Special Committee of the Whole - December 6, 2017

THAT an encroachment of a porch (0.5 metres by 12 metres) into the road allowance of Water Street by the property municipally known as 12 Water Street be approved; AND THAT a By-law be approved to enter into the Encroachment Agreement.

THAT this report be received for discussion; AND THAT staff be directed to prepare a report for the next Committee of the Whole meeting to address any comments received at the Public Meeting.

THAT a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove the Holding “H” Symbol for the property municipally known as 170 Little Sandy Bay Lane be approved; AND THAT a By-law entering into a Private Road Agreement for the property municipally known as 170 Little Sandy Bay Lane be approved.

THAT staff issue a Contract Administration and Inspection Services RFP for the Main Street Reconstruction Project.

THAT the Town of Penetanguishene’s tax penalty and interest rate remain at 1.25% per month, as per the maximum allowed under the Municipal Act; AND THAT the Clerk bring forward the necessary By-law for Council approval.

THAT Council approve the appointment of Dana Gignac to the Penetanguishene Senior's Committee effective January 1, 2018, for the balance of the Council term.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Special Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2017-81 2017-82 2017-83 2017-84 2017-85 2017-86 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-law; 2017-79 Being a By-law to Provide for an Interim Tax Levy to Provide for the Payment of Taxes and to Provide for Penalty and Interest of 1.25% per month (or 15% per annum) AND THAT by-law be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2017-87, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
