THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of January 24, 2018, be approved as amended.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Special Council - January 10, 2018 Council - January 10, 2018 Committee of the Whole - January 10, 2018

THAT Council enter into a Letter of Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario (as represented by the Minister of Transportation) for the provision of Gas Tax funding for the Town of Penetanguishene Transit System; AND THAT a by-law for the contribution agreement be brought forward by staff for Council approval.

THAT this report be received for discussion; AND THAT staff be directed to prepare a report for a future Committee of the Whole meeting to address any comments received at the Public Meeting.

THAT CAO Report 18-01 regarding the next steps of the final Service Delivery Review report be received for information; AND THAT staff be directed to proceed with Option #3, to utilize Committee of the Whole (COW) as the project “steering committee” for implementation purposes. Senior staff that are identified as leads for the various SDR recommendations would present their findings to COW, with COW making recommendations to Council.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2018-03 2018-04 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2018-05, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
