THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of March 14, 2018, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Special Council Meeting - February 14, 2018 Council Meeting - February 14, 2018Committee of the Whole Meeting - February 14, 2018

THAT a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove the Holding “H” Symbol for the property municipally known as 139 Champlain Road be approved.

Josh Warriner read aloud his written comments that were provided to Council. Mr. M. Cadieux provided comments regarding the proposed Official Plan. THAT this report be received for information; AND THAT staff be directed to prepare a report for a future Committee of the Whole meeting to address any comments received.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved. with the exception of item 6 b) ii as Councillor D. Rawson reaffirmed the declared pecuniary interest.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the Committee of the Whole report of February 14, 2017 item 6. b) ii being the Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z.A. 3/2018 – 173 and 177 Robert Street East as he is a principal owner in the business.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2018-16 and 2018-17 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2018-18, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
