THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of March 28, 2018, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Special Council Minutes - March 14, 2018 Council Minutes - March 14, 2018 Committee of the Whole - March 14, 2018

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the application for Draft Plan of Subdivision (File. No PEN-SUB-2013-01) be refused for the property at 221 Fox Street. AND THAT the application for Zoning By-law Amendment Z.A. 8/2015 be refused for the property at 221 Fox Street. Mayor G. Marshall requested a recorded vote. Mayor G. Marshall: No Councillor D. THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

WHEREAS Council voted on March 22, 2017 to proceed with the reconstruction of two tennis courts as originally planned in McGuire Park AND voted on September 27, 2017 that new Pickleball courts be developed North of the bocce ball courts next to the playground; AND WHEREAS Council deems it necessary to reconsider these two decisions related to the reconstruction of the two tennis courts at McGuire Park and the location of the proposed new development of Pickleball courts; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Council approve the reconsideration of decisions to reconstruct two tennis courts and a separate Pickleball court in McGuire Park.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2018-19 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2018-20, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
