THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of June 13, 2018, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Council Meeting Minutes - May 23, 2018 Committee of the Whole Meeting Minutes - May 23, 2018

THAT the Draft By-law to Staff Report PD-18-49 be presented to Council for adoption regarding proposed changes to Schedule “C” to By-law 2012-35.

THAT this report be received for discussion; AND THAT staff be directed to prepare a report for the next Committee of the Whole meeting to address any comments received at the Public Meeting.

THAT a three (3) year extension be granted to the Draft Plan of Subdivision approval pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning Act (to June 13, 2021) for the Harbour Pointe subdivision (Phase 3) File No PEN-SUB-2004-01.

THAT a portion of 31 Lucy Street, having a legal description of Parts 1 to 6 on Reference Plan 51R-22056 be declared surplus to the needs of the Municipality; AND THAT the Town of Penetanguishene sell said parcel to the Georgian Bay Cancer Support Centre for $2.00 plus costs and HST; AND FINALLY THAT the Town of Penetanguishene enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the proposed conveyance to address Conditions of Sale as outlined in Staff Report PD-18-51.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2018-41, 2018-42, 2018-43, 2018-44, 2018-45, 2018-46 and 2018-47 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2018-48, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
