THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of March 27, 2019 be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Regular Council - March 13, 2019 Committee of the Whole - Ma rch 13, 2019

THAT 22% ($8,000 .00) of the cost of a FTE in order to fund the Mental Health Response Unit project be approved with the funding source from the policing stabilization reserve.

THAT report CAO-2019-04 with respect to the Fire and Emergency Services shared agreement with the Town of Midland be received by Council for information; AND THAT Co uncil provides direction to staff to renew the existing agreement with the Town of Midland with a twenty-month extension through to December 31, 2020; AND THAT the Clerk bring forward the necessary By-law for Council approval; AND THAT Council authorizes staff to proceed with procuring an administrative review of fire and emergency services pending discussions with the other municipalities identified.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-law; 2019-21 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2019-22, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
