THAT the “Call for Public Art Proposals” Project Number 2019-15 be approved for public release as per Staff Report PL-2019-19.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene ratify the Mayor's appointments to the following Town Advisory Committees: Community Wellbeing Committee Bonita Desroches Kaylee Heath Beth Dubeau David Myers Lisa Vallee Fran Moreau Christine Johnston Councillor Jill St. Amant Line Fence Viewers Committee Lois Lipton Ross Spearn Don Charlebois Property Standards Committee Lois Lipton Ross Spearn Don Charlebois

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2019-29, 2019-30, 2019-31, 2019-32 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2019-33, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
