THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of May 22, 2019, be approved as presented.

THAT the 2019 Tax Rates and Levies be approved as amended; AND THAT the Clerk be directed to bring forward the necessary By-law for Council approval.

THAT Staff Report No. PL-2019-30 regarding Bill 108, More Homes, Mo re Choice Act, 2019 be received for information; AND THAT the Planning and Community Development Department be directed to submit comments to the Environmental Registry Postings #019-0016 regarding changes to the Planning Act and #019-0017 regarding chang es to the Development Charges Act in keeping with Staff Report PL-2019-30; AND FINALLY THAT Hemson Consulting be requested to provide comments to the Province on the municipalities behalf as they relate to the Environmental Registry Postings #019-0016 regarding changes to the Planning Act and #019-0017 regarding changes to the Development Charges Act

THAT the item be

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws: 2019-36, 2019-37, 2019-39, 2019-40, 2019-41, and 2019-42 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-law 2019-38 AND THAT by-law be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2019-42, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
