THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of November 27, 2019, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Regular Council - November 13, 2019 Committee of the Whole - November 13, 2019 Special Committee of the Whole - November 20, 2019

THAT CAO Report 2019-12 regarding the Policing Contract renewal be received; AND THAT following the recommendation from the Police Services Board, the Council that the Town of Penetanguishene enter into an agreement with the Solicitor General for the Province of Ontario for the provision of police services by the Ontario Provincial Pol ice, for a six (6) year term, effective January 1, 2020, as reflected in Attachment #1 to Report CAO-2019-12; AND FINALLY THAT a by-law be passed by Council authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Agreement for the provision of police services by th e OPP.

THAT the detailed strategic plan, community based strategic plan and strategic plan timeline roadmap be approved in principal as included in this report; AND THAT following ratification, staff design a brochure or pamphlet outlining information from the above documents to be dissemi nated to the Town’s local partners and community groups.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT confirmation by-law 2019-77, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
