THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of February 12, 2020, be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Council Minutes - January 22, 2020 Committee of the Whole Minutes - January 22, 2020 Special Council Minutes - January 29, 2020

THAT the Police Services Board recommends to Council the following components with respect to the advocating to the Province regarding the regulations for the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019: • A total composition of 9 members on the new board; • Equal representation amongst the municipal council appointees; • Autonomy given to the municipalities for appointing community representatives; and • Consideration given to engaging Beausoleil First Nation.

THAT the draft Community Improvement Plan by WSP dated January 2020 be released to the public for review and comment.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2020-06, 2020-07, 2020-08, 2020-09, 2020-10 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2020-11, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
