THAT a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove the Holding “H” Symbol for the property municipally known as 44 Wozniak Road be approved.

THAT a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove the Holding “H” Symbol for the property municipally known as 53 Polish Avenue be approved.

THAT the Recreation and Community Services department proceed with a phased reopening strategy of the Penetanguishene Memorial Community Centre as outlined in the staff report; AND THAT the arena advertising rates as outlined in by-law 2019-72 be reduced by 50% for the 2020/21 season; AND FINALLY THAT the monthly rental fee for the concession stand operator be waived until such time that the operator deems it financially feasible to resume operations, and/or staff and the operator can negotiate new terms making the operation sustainable;

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2002-39 2020-40 2020-41 2020-42 2020-43 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and
