THAT this report be received for discussion; AND THAT staff be directed to prepare a report for a future Committee of the Whole meeting to address any comments received at the Public Meeting.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Council - September 9, 2020 Special Council - August 27, 2020

THAT Council declare the week of October 18th to 24th, 2020 in the Town of Penetanguishene as “Small Business Week” in support of local businesses. AND THAT in celebration, the Town recognize through communications in support of the “I Love My Local” campaign by the Economic Development Corporation of North Simcoe.

THAT the Mayor's appointment of Chantal Switzer to the Penetanguishene Public Library Board for the remainder of the term be approved.

THAT Metcon be awarded the tender for the Supply & Delivery of a Pre-packaged Containerized Chemical Feed System for the Fox Street Dechlorination System. The tendered price for the Pre-packaged containerized chemical system is $187,104.27 including HST.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section minus 9b i) be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-law; 2020-45 AND THAT by-law be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and
