Council

THAT the following consent agenda items, having been given due consideration be received for information:

THAT Council approves the proposed polic y. AND THAT staff be directed to circulate the approved policy and post it on the Town website.

THAT Option A be approved as outlined in the staff report; AND THAT concept 1A be incorporated into the engineering designs, maximizing the height of the angels as much as the budget will allow; AND FURTHER that an application to the federal Legacy Fund for the project be submitted; AND FINALLY THAT a staff report regarding 9845 County Road 93 be provided for Council’s consideration once the results of the funding application are known.

THAT Council approves the submission of an application for funding to Federation of Canadian Municipalities through the Municipal Asset Management Program and the passed Resolution includes language reflecting the exact dollar amount of $43,400.

THAT the Chief Administrative Officer Performance Management Policy be approved as amended; AND THAT Council approves and endorses the executive core competencies as amended that are outlined in the policy (ATT2 Executive Core Competencies ) ; AND THAT Council endorses the Mayor’s appointment of Councillor LaRose to participate on the Committee of Council for the 2021 CAO performance evaluation process. AND FINALLY THAT staff be directed to further amend the policy to include the summary repor t being brought forward to Council, the goals and self-assessment being brought forward to Council, and further clarity in the Policy that the Human Resources Staff from the Township of Severn are bringing the reports to Penetanguishene Council.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained wit hin Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.
