THAT Council approves Mayor Leroux's appointment of:  Denise Steeves to the Trails Committee  Doug Rawson to the Committee of Adjustment  Robert Cummings to the Committee of Adjustment for the remainder of the Coun cil term.

THAT the Town Dock Remediation and Shoreline Protection Tender be awarded to J.Hoover Ltd in the amount of $236,038.97 (plus HST) for repairs on the north side of the launch only as outlined in the staff report; AND THAT the Town’s Asset Management Reser ve be used to fund an estimated budget shortfall of $85,442.05 inclusive of a 10% contingency of $21,458.09.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Special Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Special Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT confirmation by-law 2021-41, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
