THAT Council approve the Culture Alliance in the Heart of Georgian Bay statement for the National Da y of Truth and Reconciliation; AND THAT each municipality and the Culture Alliance will share this statement, or portions thereof, via social media on September 30, 2021; AND FURTHER THAT all or parts of the statement maybe be used by any of or all of th e five communities that comprise the Culture Alliance as part of their statement in recognition of, and honouring the victims of, Residential and Day School.
