THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of November 10, 2021, be approved as presented.

THAT the Chief Administrative Officer's verbal update be received for information.

THAT a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove the Holding “H” Symbol for the property municipally known as 155 McArthur Drive be approved.

THAT a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove the Holding “H” Symbol for the property municipally known as 65 Polish Avenue be approved.

THAT Council of the Town of Penetanguishene not support the draft Land Needs Assessment. AND THAT Council of the Town of Penetanguishene provides the following recommendations to the County of Simcoe:  Provide infrastructure data to support the population allocations.  Revise and confirm employment and residential data with the Town.  Consider the updated 2021 Census data in the Land Needs Assessment.  Revise the employment and residential allocations to reflect the above.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Special Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.
