THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated:  Council - June 8, 2022  Special Council - June 8, 2022  Special Council - June 22, 2022

THAT the verbal update from the Chief Administrative Officer be received for information.

THAT an amendment to permit six (6) additional Model Homes on Blocks A and B of the Draft Plan of Subdivision for the Champlain Shores subdivision at 176 and 200 Fox Street be approved; AND THAT a By-law be passed to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign an amended Model Home Agreement with respect to Blocks A and B of the Draft Plan of Subdivision for the Champlain Shores subdivision at 176 and 200 Fox Street.

THAT the Town of Penetanguishene enter into a Pre-servicing Agreement with Bellisle (Penetang) Developments Limited for Phase 4 of the Harbour Pointe Subdivision upon the fulfillment of the requirements outlined in Section 3 of the agreement; AND THAT staff bring forward a by-law for the Pre-Servicing agreement for Council approval.

THAT the Town of Penetanguishene submit a funding application to the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Capital Grant Program in the amount of $150,000 for phase 1 of the Martin Valley Park Development.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2022-32, 2022-33, 2022-34, 2022-35 and 2022-36 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and
