THAT the Town of Penetanguishene enter into a Subdivision Agreement with Bellisle(Penetang) Developments Limited for Harbour Pointe Subdivision Phase 4 upon the fulfillment of the requirements outlined in Section 3 of the agreement; AND THAT a By-law be passed to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Subdivision Agreement for execution.
