THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of November 9, 2022, be approved as presented.

THAT the Council Information Package having been given due consideration be received for information.

THAT the following minutes of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as circulated: Council - October 12, 2022

THAT the proposed 5 Year Preventative Road Maintenance Plan be approved in principle; AND THAT the proposed funding increases to the plan be brought forward for Council approval during the 2023 budget process.

THAT the Town of Penetanguishene enter into an Amending Subdivision Agreement with Bellisle (Penetang) Developments Limited for Phase 3 of the Harbour Pointe Subdivision upon the fulfillment of the requirements outlined in Section 3 of the agreement. AND THAT staff bring forward a by-law for the Amending Subdivision Agreement for Council approval.

THAT the Town of Penetanguishene promote the Snow Angels Canada Program for the 2022/23 winter season; AND THAT $3,000 in funding for promotion be approved from the Community Development Fund Reserve, if needed, outside of the current 2022 budget.

THAT Council approve the amended Short-term Rental Licensing By-law (Attachment #2 to PL-2022-55); AND THAT Council approve the Administrative Monetary Penalty By-law (Attachment #1 to PL-2022-55).

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Recreation and Community Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Development Services Section be approved.

THAT confirmation by-law 2022-61, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
