Council and Committee of the Whole

THAT the Council and Committee of the Whole agenda for June 26, 2019 be approved as presented.

THAT the following minutes of of Council meetings be confirmed and adopted as printed: Council Minutes - June 12, 2019 Committee of the Whole Minutes - June 12, 2019 Special Council Minutes - June 12, 2019

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Transportation and Environmental Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Planning and Community Development Services Section be approved.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report related to the Finance and Corporate Services Section be approved.

THAT Council recess into Committee of the Whole at 8:09 pm

THAT the Council Information Package having been given due consideration be received for information.

THAT Schedule A 4.0 Land Use of By-law 2018-60 be amended to give authority to the Director of Planning and Community Development to declare applications for Zoning By-law Amendments under Section 34 of the Planning Act as “complete” or “incomplete”; AND THAT Schedule A 4.0 Land Use of By-law 2018-60 be amended to give authority to the Director of Planning and Community Development to declare applications for Plans of Subdivision under Section 51 of the Planning Act as “complete” or “incomplete”; AND FINALLY THAT By- law 2007-55 be repealed.

THAT CAO Report 2019-09 outlining the revised loan agreement terms with the Guesthouse Shelter be provided for information purposes; AND THAT as per Council direction on March 13, 2019, the terms of the draft revised loan agreement be ratified by Council by-law 2019-52.

THAT Committee of the Whole rise with report and resume sitting as Council at 9:00 p.m.

THAT the recommendations contained within Committee of the Whole Report dated June 26, 2019, be approved.

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene introduce the following by-laws; 2019-46, 2019-47, 2019-48, 2019-49, 2019-50, 2019-51, 2019-52, 2019-53 and 2019-54 AND THAT by-laws be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and

THAT confirmation by-law 2019-55, be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
