THAT the Heritage and Museum Committee approve the eligible work used to calculate the Heritage Tax Rebate; and approve of the work anticipated for 2023. AND THAT issuance of rebates be subject to the Planning and Development confirming that all applications meet all of the requirements of the Heritage Tax Rebate Program.
