THAT the 2017 OPP Billing Model be received for information.

THAT items 8 i-v be received for information.

THAT staff be directed to communicate the board vacancy to business groups and community members.

THAT the Police Services Board move into closed session to discuss the Annual Performance Evaluation of the Detachment Commander.

THAT the Police Services Board move out of closed session where in it discussed the Annual Performance Evaluation of the Detachment Commander and provided direction to the Board Chair in providing the performance evaluation results to the appropriate person in the OPP.

THAT the Police Services Board recommends that Council receive a presentation from the OPP on the possibility of introducing CCTV Cameras at designated locations within the Town of Penetanguishene.
