THAT the agenda of the meeting of October 28, 2019 be adopted as printed.

THAT the minutes of the meeting of June 17, 2019 be adopted as printed.

THAT the Police Services Board recommend to Council the funding in the amount of $8,000 for the period of Ap ril 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 to Wendat Community Programs for the North Simcoe Crisis Management and Resource Team project; AND THAT the funding for the $8,000 come from the Policing Reserve budget.

THAT the Police Services Board receive the Detachment Commander's Quarterly Report for information.

THAT the Police Services Board receive the Ontario Provincial Police annual billing statement for 2020 for information.

THAT CAO Report 2019-12 regarding the Policing Contract renewal be received; AND THAT the Police Services Board recommends to Council that the Town of Penetanguishene enter into an agreement with the Solicitor General for the Province of Ontario for the provision of police servi ces by the Ontario Provincial Police, for a six (6) year term, effective January 1, 2020, as reflected in Attachment #1 to Report CAO-2019-12; AND FINALLY THAT a by-law be passed by Council authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Agreement for the p rovision of police services by the OPP.

THAT the Penetanguishene Police Services Board receive the financial statements for information.
