THAT the agenda of the Regular Council meeting of January 2016, be approved as presented.

THAT the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of December 16, 2016, be adopted as printed.

THAT the minutes of the Special Council/Public Consultation Meeting of January 6, 2016, be adopted as printed.

THAT the minutes of the Coordinated Section Committee Meeting of January 13, 2016, be adopted as printed.

THAT as per the recommendation of the Planning and Development Services Section, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene approve the revised Official Plan Review work plan for 2016-2017; AND FINALLY THAT the Draft Terms of Reference - Request for Proposals (subject to revisions and/or changes determined by the Committee) for the Official Plan Review be approved and staff be directed to release it.

THAT as per the recommendation of the Transportation and Environmental Services Section, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene accept the tender submitted from Hanna Motors LTD. for the supply of the 2016 One Ton Dump Truck for $49,992.00 (excluding HST).

THAT as per the recommendation of the Finance and Corporate Services Section, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishenel approve a 2 year Tax Extension Agreement with the registered property owner for the tax roll account #4372-020-00223600; AND THAT should the property owner not comply with the terms of the agreement the Town will proceed with the tax sale process; AND FINALLY THAT the Clerk be directed to bring forward the necessary By-law for Council approval.

THAT as per recommendation of the Finance and Corporate Services Section, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene adopt the Breastfeeding Friendly Policy as presented.

THAT By-law 2016-03, being a By-law to Confirm Proceedings of the Council of The Corporation of The Town of Penetanguishene at the Special Council Meeting on January 6th, 2016, Special Council/Public Consultation Meeting on January 20th, 2016 and Regular Council Meeting held on January 27th, 2016 be read a first time and deemed to be read a second and third time and
