THAT the Special Committee of the Whole agenda for April 4, 2018, be approved as presented.

THAT CAO Report 18-01 regarding the Road Map for the Service Delivery Review be received for information; AND THAT Committee recommends to Council that staff proceed with the processes as outlined in this report; AND THAT the CAO be authorized to proceed with the feasibility study in 2018 related to Opportunity 18 being that of Outsource recreation programs to Third Party; AND FINALLY THAT the items which require Council authority be put on hold and presented via a proposed revised Road Map in 2019 by the CAO.
